What is Coaching?
We work with different techniques and models including transaction analysis tools, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and different methods and models partly based on psychology . We focus on the present life situations that will enable the future solutions, and only deal with the past to the necessary level.
The cooperation between coach and client can be short-, medium-, and long-term depending on the progress.
Coaching helps you to find your strengths, shape new habits and change the way you see yourself and how others see you.

Used to have the same questions as the above ones, so I created something that would satisfy both requests in mind. This is how the general concept of Yoga-Coaching came to life.
Yoga-Coaching has 3 main general components: a 40-minutes spine-yoga/stretching session, a 10-minutes relaxation block and a 40-minutes group coaching/action learning thematic session specially built up to help relieve the daily frustrations and stress you experience on a daily basis. Time-frame spent on the individual components can be modified as well as the sequence.
